M/C Partners Acquires West Monroe Partners' Managed Services Division

The business, a Chicago-based IT managed services provider serving small and mid-size businesses, will operate as a standalone platform under new CEO Wayne Kiphart to pursue growth and investments in service delivery and IT capabilities.
