Pablo River Partners Acquires Bob Mayberry Hyundai

Jacksonville-based investment firm Pablo River Partners has acquired Bob Mayberry Hyundai in Monroe, North Carolina from the Walters family. The transaction, which included approximately 28,000 square feet of dealership facilities on 10 acres, marks the Walters family's exit and Charlie Tomm's return to retail automotive operations.

Duff Capital Investors Acquires John O'Neil Johnson Toyota and Hyundai in Meridian, Mississippi

Duff Capital Investors, the Columbia, Mississippi holding company owned by brothers James and Thomas Duff, purchased John O'Neil Johnson Toyota and John O'Neil Johnson Hyundai from owner Neil Johnson in 2023. The stores were renamed Toyota of Meridian and Hyundai of Meridian after closing (Toyota closed Aug. 1, 2023; Hyundai closed Oct. 24, 2023) as Duff expands its dealership footprint in Mississippi.

RBM of Atlanta Acquires Three Greenville Dealerships from Asbury Automotive Group

RBM of Atlanta acquired three Greenville, South Carolina dealerships — Porsche of Greenville, Land Rover Greenville and Crown Nissan of Greenville — from Asbury Automotive Group in a transaction that included related real estate and closed Feb. 23. The Presidio Group advised Asbury on the divestiture; the deal marks RBM's first expansion beyond the metro-Atlanta area as it grows its multi-brand dealership footprint.
