Futuris Company (OTC Pink: FTRS) has acquired Affordable Rehab Services Inc., a South Florida provider of physical, occupational and speech therapy staffing, and will integrate its assets into Futuris' Health HR brand. The acquisition adds client contracts and therapists to Health HR, expanding coverage in Broward and Miami‑Dade counties and supporting Futuris' strategy of growth through targeted, accretive acquisitions.

The acquisition is FOX's first private-practice purchase and is intended to deepen its presence in Wisconsin and expand its pool of clinicians to serve more older adults.
