Key Capital Partners Makes £9.1m Growth Investment in SJA Group

Key Capital Partners has completed a £9.1 million minority growth investment into SJA Group, an integrated property services provider based in Sidcup, Kent. The capital will support SJA's expansion of its vertically integrated property services — which include cleaning, concierge, managing-agent services (Regency Real Estate) and mechanical/maintenance (Enecto) — while the existing management team remains in place.

Key Capital Partners has taken a significant minority stake in Gloucester-based Avantis Systems via a £4.25m investment to accelerate international distribution and product development of its ClassVR educational virtual reality system. Founded in 2007, Avantis has deployed over 40,000 VR headsets across more than 3,000 schools and will use the new funding to expand overseas sales and continue product innovation.
