Midwest Mezzanine Funds and MC Controls have acquired a controlling interest in Dorsett Technologies, a Yadkinville, North Carolina provider of SCADA and building controls systems. Midwest Mezzanine provided subordinated debt and equity to support MC Controls' investment as the new ownership aims to accelerate growth and expand Dorsett's controls and automation capabilities.
