The transaction is RWB's fourth add-on since MiddleGround acquired the platform in December 2021 and expands RWB's portfolio in the premium aftermarket exhaust and air-flow category.

The deal gives MiddleGround a platform in the UK manufacturing space to support Xtrac's growth across motorsport, high-performance automotive and OEM markets, and to accelerate capabilities for hybrid and electric drivetrains.
