Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) acquired Deflecto Acquisition, Inc. (Deflecto), a specialty manufacturer serving the commercial transportation, HVAC and office markets, for $103.7 million. Deflecto — headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and operating nine manufacturing facilities globally — generated roughly $131 million of trailing twelve-month revenue and will continue to be led by its existing management team under Acacia's ownership.
