CWG International Acquires International Toner Company, Supplies Wholesalers and Cartridge World USA from Blackford Capital

Blackford Capital has sold its Imagining Supplies Consolidation (ISC II) portfolio — International Toner Company, Supplies Wholesalers and Cartridge World USA — to CWG International, Inc. Blackford said the sale was driven by an unrecoverable decline in print volumes and higher supply-chain costs following the COVID-19 pandemic; CWG, a long-standing aftermarket imaging operator, will steward the businesses and seek to optimize their market potential.
