Sitero Acquires Axiom Mentor

Cloudflare Acquires S2 Systems Corporation

Cloudflare, Inc. has acquired S2 Systems Corporation, a Kirkland-based developer of patented browser isolation technology, and will integrate S2's solution into Cloudflare Gateway as part of Cloudflare for Teams. The acquisition is intended to expand Cloudflare's security capabilities by enabling browser code execution in the cloud to protect endpoints without sacrificing performance.

Monetate Acquires SiteSpect to Build AI-Native Personalization and Testing Platform

Monetate, a Centre Lane Partners portfolio company, has acquired SiteSpect to combine client-side personalization with server-side, zero-flicker experimentation and create a scaled, enterprise-grade optimization platform. The deal is supported by a $75 million unitranche facility (including a $30 million last-out loan) and an equity co-investment led by o15 Capital Partners to refinance Monetate’s debt and fund the integration.

Onit Acquires SecureDocs
