Norvestor Acquires Serwent Holding AS

Norvestor IX has signed an agreement to acquire Serwent Holding AS, a market-leading underground infrastructure maintenance specialist headquartered in Oslo, Norway. The private equity firm will become Serwent’s largest shareholder alongside management and key employees; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2024 and supports Norvestor’s plan to consolidate and expand Serwent’s presence across Northern Europe.
