The acquisition expands LocumTenens.com's ability to provide expert networks and gig-work opportunities for clinicians while enabling Inlightened to scale using LocumTenens.com's clinician pool and distribution capabilities.

CHG Healthcare Acquires LocumsMart

MobilityWorks Acquires IMED Mobility

Doximity Acquires THMED and Launches Curative Staffing Brand

Providence St. Joseph Health Acquires Lumedic
