AURELIUS Acquires TM Group from Dye & Durham

AURELIUS has agreed to acquire UK property search aggregation provider TM Group Limited from Dye & Durham Corporation in a transaction valued at up to GBP 91 million. The deal, a corporate carve-out that has received UK Competition and Markets Authority approval, positions AURELIUS to build a platform in the UK property services/conveyancing market; TM Group generated c. GBP 62 million of revenue in 2022.
