Cushman & Wakefield has acquired substantially all of the assets of Triad Commercial Properties, a Winston-Salem and Greensboro-based commercial brokerage specializing in office and industrial advisory. The Triad team — founded by Hap Royster and Tom Townes — will join Cushman & Wakefield to strengthen the firm's presence in the North Carolina Triad and leverage Cushman & Wakefield's global platform for expanded client service.
