Tangent Technologies, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, completed acquisitions of Canadian plastic-lumber furniture manufacturer Home & Leisure and U.S.-based fulfillment provider Vinyl Tech. The deals expand Tangent's manufacturing, sheet/fabrication and distribution capabilities to broaden product offerings and strengthen regional fulfillment in key U.S. markets.
