IRIS Software Group Acquires Conarc (iChannel)

IRIS Software Group, a privately held UK accounting and practice-management software provider, has acquired Conarc, the US document management and workflow software maker behind iChannel, to deepen its practice management offering and expand its North American footprint. The acquisition strengthens IRIS’s portfolio for CPA firms by adding Conarc’s document management and workflow automation capabilities.
