Gill's Point S Tire & Auto Service has acquired the ten company-owned Vianor stores in New England from Nokian Tyres. The transaction is a divestiture by Nokian so it can focus on operating Vianor service centers in the Nordic countries while the U.S. stores will be operated by Gill's Point S to grow the Nokian brand in the U.S.
