Vantem Acquires Arris Manufacturing

Vantem has acquired Clio, South Carolina-based Arris Manufacturing to expand its off-site construction capabilities and increase capacity for multi-family factory-built structures in the Southeastern United States. The acquisition adds Arris's manufacturing facility, transportation and logistics capabilities, and in-house architecture and engineering to Vantem's platform to support its nationwide plan to establish 20 plants.
