Customs Support Group Acquires UK Customs Solutions

Customs Support Group, backed by Castik Capital, has acquired UK Customs Solutions (UKCS) to strengthen its UK presence, capacity and capabilities. UKCS, an AEO-authorised customs broker founded in 2014 with ~150 employees across Felixstowe, Nottingham, Glasgow and Dover, will be integrated into Customs Support's European operations to create a leading UK customs brokerage with ~210 specialists.

Customs Support Acquires ZSK Customs GmbH

Customs Support Group, the Castik Capital-backed European digital customs broker, has acquired ZSK Customs GmbH to strengthen its local presence in the Frankfurt area and expand air freight customs capabilities in Germany. ZSK Customs, founded in 2001 and AEO-certified, will keep its directors Athanasios Koukaras – Tsismilis and Mladen Petricevic in place as it integrates with Customs Support's German network.
