PLZ Aeroscience Acquires 220 Laboratories

PLZ Aeroscience Corporation, a PE-backed specialty aerosol and liquid product manufacturer, has acquired 220 Laboratories, a Riverside, California-based personal care formulator and contract manufacturer. The deal expands PLZ's end-to-end personal care capabilities—adding formulation, ideation and a 200,000 sq. ft. FDA-registered manufacturing facility—and is PLZ's fourth personal care acquisition in recent years.

PLZ Aeroscience Acquires Mansfield-King

PLZ Aeroscience Corporation, a Pritzker Private Capital-owned specialty aerosol and liquid contract manufacturer, has acquired Mansfield-King, a Indianapolis-based contract manufacturer of specialty personal care liquids, from founder Charles Haywood. The acquisition adds a Midwest liquids facility to PLZ's North American personal care network and expands its formulation, R&D and liquid manufacturing capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

PLZ Aeroscience Acquires Precise Packaging from Trive Capital

Trive Capital has sold Precise Packaging LLC, a manufacturer and formulator of aerosol and liquid personal-care and household products, to PLZ Aeroscience Corporation (a member of the Pritzker Private Capital group). Trive had owned Precise since 2012 and supported investments in manufacturing and R&D; PLZ will integrate Precise into its aerosol/contract-manufacturing platform and invest to support continued growth.

SLB Acquires ChampionX

SLB completed an all‑stock acquisition of ChampionX Corporation, with ChampionX shareholders receiving 0.735 SLB shares per ChampionX share and owning roughly 9% of SLB post-close. The deal integrates ChampionX’s production chemicals, artificial lift and digital/emissions technologies into SLB’s portfolio to expand capabilities in production and reservoir recovery and is expected to deliver about $400 million of annual pretax synergies within three years.

Airtech Group Acquires Champion Valves and Valve & Pump Specialties

Airtech Group, a PE-backed manufacturer of specialty blowers, vacuums, pumps and valves, acquired Champion Valves Inc. and Valve & Pump Specialties, Inc. from founders Gary and Linda Spangler. The deal adds Champion's check and butterfly valve product line to Airtech's US Valve division, expanding its valve portfolio and end-market reach.
