Tidal Vision Acquires ViaeX Technologies Inc.

Tidal Vision Products, Inc. has acquired Bay Area start-up ViaeX Technologies Inc., bringing ViaeX founder Vivian Qu into Tidal Vision as Chief Product Officer. The deal adds ViaeX's chitosan-based IP, proprietary lab equipment and R&D capabilities to Tidal Vision to accelerate product innovation and expand applications across water treatment, textiles, agriculture and other industrial markets.
