The deal is an add-on that expands Exacta’s homebuilder and commercial survey capabilities in Central and statewide Florida and brings H&H’s founders and employees into the Exacta platform.

Summit Park Recapitalizes Michelli Weighing & Measurement

Summit Park has led a majority recapitalization of Michelli Weighing & Measurement, a New Orleans-based provider of calibration, inspection, maintenance and installation services for industrial weighing and precision measurement equipment. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment in support of the transaction. Summit Park will partner with Michelli's management to expand the company's service capabilities, grow its geographic footprint, and pursue growth through greenfield initiatives and acquisitions.

Summit Park Completes Majority Recapitalization of Elliott Aviation

Charlotte-based private equity firm Summit Park completed a majority recapitalization of Elliott Aviation, a Moline, Illinois-based provider of MRO, FBO and aircraft sales/brokerage services. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche debt financing to support the transaction, and Elliott's founder Wynn Elliott retains a minority ownership stake while Summit Park will partner with management to pursue growth.

Summit Park Recapitalizes Thrust Flight

Summit Park has recapitalized Thrust Flight in partnership with Founder and CEO Patrick Arnzen, management, and aviation-focused investor AltitudeX Aviation. The recapitalization (Summit Park's fifth platform investment in Fund IV) provides capital to support Thrust's growth and geographic expansion of its Zero Time to Airline program across Texas; Fidus Capital provided debt financing.
