Acrisure has acquired QuickInsured, a tech-enabled insurance agency, to gain access to QuickInsured’s proprietary digital sales funnel and strengthen its digital distribution of personal lines insurance. The acquisition will allow Acrisure to integrate QI’s platform across its verticals—beginning with Real Estate Services—to drive revenue growth and streamline client experience; terms were not disclosed.

Acrisure Acquires Brentwood Services, Inc.

Brentwood Services, a Tennessee-based provider of insurance-related claims and third-party administration services, will retain its identity while leveraging Acrisure's technology, resources and entrepreneurial network to accelerate growth.

Acrisure Acquires Beach & Associates

Acrisure LLC has agreed to acquire 100% of Beach & Associates from existing shareholders, including Aquiline Capital Partners and current and former Beach management, subject to regulatory approvals. Beach will retain its name and management team, which will become shareholders in Acrisure, and the deal marks Acrisure's first acquisition outside North America as it expands its reinsurance and international capabilities.
