The funding will support Buildout’s organic growth, product development and potential add-on acquisitions; Susquehanna Growth Equity remains a minority owner and Saratoga Investment Corp. provided debt financing.

The acquisition expands Buildout's end-to-end CRE deal management capabilities and follows prior add-ons (Rethink, ProspectNow) to create an integrated, full-lifecycle solution for brokers.

DoorDash Acquires SevenRooms

DoorDash has acquired SevenRooms, a New York City–based hospitality CRM and operations SaaS provider, as part of a $1.2 billion transaction. As part of the deal, growth equity investor PSG sold its minority stake in SevenRooms to DoorDash; the acquisition is intended to deepen DoorDash’s capabilities for restaurant and hospitality partners.

Round Room Live Management and Manhattan West Complete Buyout of Hasbro Subsidiary Stake

Founders Stephen Shaw and Jonathan Linden completed a management buyout of Round Room Live’s lead investor (a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc.), with backing from Los Angeles-based investment firm Manhattan West. The transaction returns control to Round Room’s management and provides a strategic partnership with Manhattan West to support global growth of the company’s touring shows and immersive exhibitions.
