Antin Infrastructure Partners Acquires Veolia's US District Energy Business

Antin Infrastructure Partners agreed to acquire Veolia Environnement's US district energy business for an enterprise value of $1.25 billion. The business — the largest district energy provider in the United States, operating 13 district heating/cooling systems and employing more than 400 people — will be run as a standalone platform to pursue optimization, network densification, energy services and further growth.
