Precision Cutting Technologies, a holding company owned by Alleghany Capital Corporation, has acquired Supermill LLC, a Berlin, Connecticut-based manufacturer of high-performance carbide end mills. The deal adds Supermill to the Precision Cutting Technologies platform to expand its cutting consumables portfolio, strengthen its Northeast U.S. presence, and leverage the platform's broader national sales reach.

Investor Group (Pine Island, Bain Capital Credit, Compass) Acquires Precinmac Precision Machining

Precinmac is a diversified manufacturer of high‑precision machined components and assemblies serving aerospace & defense, semiconductor and general industrial customers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Hyperion Materials & Technologies Acquires GLE Precision
