HUB International Limited acquired the assets of CSi Advisory Services, LLC, an Indianapolis-based retirement plan consulting and wealth management firm with $1.1 billion in assets under management. Kristi Baker, Kelli Davis and the CSi team will join Hub Midwest East; terms were not disclosed and CSi was represented by Wise Rhino Group.

Hub International Acquires the Assets of Baystate Fiduciary Advisors, Inc.

Hub International Limited acquired the assets of Baystate Fiduciary Advisors, Inc., a Boston-based fiduciary advisory firm that manages approximately $2.9 billion in client assets. The deal strengthens Hub’s Retirement and Private Wealth capabilities in New England by adding Baystate’s talent and retirement plan advisory services; Baystate’s Managing Partner Gregg Andonian will join Hub RPW in the region.

SS&C Technologies Acquires Curo Fund Services

SS&C Technologies has completed the acquisition of Curo Fund Services from a joint venture between Sanlam and Old Mutual. The deal adds Curo's ~R3 trillion (USD 170.4 billion) in administered assets and around 300 Cape Town employees to SS&C's global investor and distribution solutions, expanding SS&C's presence in South Africa and across Africa; terms were not disclosed.

Submittable Acquires WizeHive
