SyBridge Technologies (via affiliate SyBridge Digital Solutions LLC), a Crestview Partners-backed industrial technology platform, was selected as the winning bidder to acquire most of the operating assets of Fast Radius, Inc. in a bankruptcy asset sale. SyBridge intends to retain the Fast Radius brand and offer employment to a majority of Fast Radius staff while integrating Fast Radius' prototyping, additive manufacturing and software capabilities into its global manufacturing network.

SyBridge's Concours Technologies Acquires Assets of Toolplas Systems México

SyBridge Technologies' subsidiary Concours Technologies has completed the acquisition of the assets of Toolplas Systems México S. de R.L. de C.V., adding a dedicated service center in the Querétaro area to support injection-molding customers in Mexico. SyBridge, a PE-backed platform established by Crestview Partners, said the acquisition expands its North American service footprint and allows Concours' Puebla facility to focus on mold design, manufacturing and validation.
