Charterhouse Capital Partners has agreed to make a minority investment in Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (LCP), partnering with LCP’s Partner group to acquire the minority stake held by Inflexion. LCP’s Partners will increase their own stake; the transaction is intended to support LCP’s continued organic growth and to accelerate expansion of its analytics and technology capabilities.
