Drillinginfo Holdings, a Genstar Capital-backed energy SaaS and data analytics platform, has completed the acquisition of Cortex (Cortex Business Solutions), a Network-as-a-Service provider that automates accounts payable and receivable for the oil & gas industry. The deal is an add-on to Drillinginfo's buildout under Genstar ownership to broaden its energy value-chain offerings into business automation and payments/commodity data solutions.
