ADDEV Materials Acquires Ad Tape & Label (ATL Corp.)

ADDEV Materials, a Lyon-based materials converter and distributor, has acquired Ad Tape & Label (dba ATL Corp.), a Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin manufacturer of disposable adhesive medical devices, pharmaceutical labels and converted/die-cut components. The acquisition expands ADDEV Materials' converting and healthcare capabilities in North America and brings ATL's ISO 13485-certified clean-room capabilities into ADDEV's global footprint.
