Adelis Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in SeaCross

Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in SeaCross, the Swedish provider of high-speed maritime navigation software, adding the company to Adelis' newly formed defence technology group. The transaction closed in August and will support SeaCross' growth and product development while founders and management remain shareholders.
