Advanta Solutions Ltd (Advanta Wealth) has acquired City Financial Planning Limited, adding approximately £800m of assets under management and expanding Advanta's presence with Bath and Exeter offices. The deal is an add-on acquisition for Advanta, which is backed by Beech Tree Private Equity and is pursuing consolidation-driven growth in the UK wealth management market.
