AEA Investors' middle market private equity fund has closed the acquisition of Nations Roof, a U.S.-based commercial roofing contractor that serves national retailers, property managers and commercial & industrial customers. The seller was Acacia Partners; AEA intends to use Nations as a building-products platform investment to expand its presence in the commercial roofing and building products sector.
