AFM Capital Partners has acquired Bull's Eye Brands, Inc., d/b/a Smart Mouth Pizza, a branded food service program provider delivering restaurant-quality pizza to K-12 schools nationwide. The private investment firm said it will partner with Smart Mouth's management to accelerate growth, broaden product offerings, and expand the company's presence in the K-12 education foodservice market.
