Altus Fire and Life Safety (AE Industrial Partners) Acquires Croker

Altus Fire and Life Safety, a fire and life safety services platform owned by private equity firm AE Industrial Partners, acquired Croker, a 110-year-old provider of fire, life safety, emergency preparedness and business resilience programs serving the Northeastern U.S. Croker's president Brian L. Weinstein will remain with the company and retain a minority stake; terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Altus' capabilities and scale across commercial and healthcare facilities in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
