AK Jensen Group Acquires FMG Malta Ltd.

AK Jensen Group (AKJ) announced the acquisition of FMG Malta Ltd., a full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) serving traditional and crypto hedge funds. The deal gives AKJ a supplemental regulatory structure, a Brexit pathway, distribution capabilities and an established client base while enabling FMG members to access AKJ's turnkey hedge fund platform.
