Allegion Acquires Next Door Company

Allegion plc has acquired the business and operations of Next Door Company, a privately held Miami-area manufacturer of stainless steel and hollow metal doors. The deal expands Allegion's specialty door solutions and integrates Next Door into Allegion Americas to leverage Allegion's manufacturing, specification and distribution scale; terms were not disclosed.
