Allegion Completes Acquisition of Stanley Black & Decker's Access Technologies Business

Allegion plc, through its subsidiaries, completed the previously announced acquisition of Stanley Access Technologies LLC and related automatic entrance solutions assets from Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. for $900 million in cash.
