EQT Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in AMCS

Existing majority investor Insight Partners and other investors including Clearlake Capital, Highland Europe, and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund are expected to retain minority stakes.

The deal expands AMCS’s transportation management capabilities and North American footprint, enabling enhanced logistics, workflow automation and sustainability outcomes for customers in waste, recycling and bulk materials transport.

Appfire Acquires Snapbytes Limited (UK)

The acquisition brings Snapbytes’ development team into Appfire to expand Appfire’s ITSM capabilities and deepen integrations within the Atlassian ecosystem.
