The deal adds two colocation assets to American Tower’s data-center portfolio and expands its presence in the Atlanta and Florida markets; DH Capital served as sole financial advisor to DataSite.

American Tower Acquires CoreSite Realty Corporation

American Tower Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CoreSite Realty Corporation for $170.00 per share in cash, valuing the transaction at approximately $10.1 billion including assumed/repayment of CoreSite debt. The deal was unanimously approved by both boards and was subsequently closed after completion of the tender offer and merger process.

Netrality Data Centers Acquires Indy Telcom Center

CoreSite, an American Tower company, has acquired the Denver Gas and Electric Building and its related operating businesses in downtown Denver, adding roughly 3 critical megawatts and nearly doubling the footprint of its DE1 campus. The acquisition brings about 100 interconnection-rich customers to CoreSite, strengthens its Any2Denver peering exchange, and simplifies access to Google Cloud Platform onramps to support growing cloud, enterprise and network demand in the Rocky Mountain region.

UPSTACK Acquires DataCenterAndColocation.com

UPSTACK has acquired DataCenterAndColocation.com, a consulting firm that advises midmarket and enterprise customers on data center and colocation solutions; terms were not disclosed. As part of the deal, CEO John Giaquinta joins UPSTACK as a Partner and Managing Director and becomes an equity stakeholder. The acquisition supports UPSTACK's strategy to expand its advisor network and capabilities as it scales following a $50 million equity investment from Berkshire Partners.
