AmeriLife Group, LLC has acquired DFS Marketing, a field marketing organization (FMO) based in Conroe, Texas, that distributes annuity and life insurance through independent agents. The deal expands AmeriLife's annuity distribution capabilities and broadens its geographic footprint in Texas; DFS's existing leadership team will remain in place under AmeriLife's Annuities & Retirement Planning Brokerage Distribution division.
