Anduril Industries to Acquire Klas to Expand Tactical Edge Computing and Communications

Anduril Industries has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Klas, a provider of rugged edge computing and tactical communications. The deal, pending regulatory approval, is intended to integrate Klas’ Voyager compute and networking hardware with Anduril’s Lattice software platform to deliver more resilient, faster-to-deploy tactical systems. Klas will continue operating from facilities in Ireland and the U.S., and Anduril plans to expand manufacturing to support demand across its portfolio, including establishing an Anduril office in Dublin.
