Antares Vision Group, through its wholly owned subsidiary rfxcel, acquired ACSIS, a cloud-based supply-chain-visibility software provider. The acquisition expands Antares Vision Group's end-to-end digital supply-chain capabilities—including entry into Returnable Asset Management—and strengthens its presence in the United States and industry verticals such as chemicals, food & beverage, and manufacturing.
