Chubb to Acquire Liberty Mutual P&C Insurance Businesses in Thailand and Vietnam

Chubb Limited announced agreements to acquire Liberty Mutual’s property and casualty insurance businesses in Thailand (LMG Insurance) and Vietnam (Liberty Insurance). Apax Partners Acquires PIB Group from The Carlyle Group
