Apollo funds and affiliates have agreed to acquire a majority stake in OEG Energy Group, an offshore energy solutions provider serving oil and gas and offshore wind. The deal values OEG at over $1 billion on a headline basis and is expected to close in Q2 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
