AppDirect Acquires vCom Solutions to Expand B2B “Everything Store” With Network and Mobility Lifecycle Management

AppDirect announced the closure of its acquisition of vCom Solutions for a value of over $100 million. The deal adds vCom’s network and mobility lifecycle management platform, as well as its Buyers’ Club program and managed services, into AppDirect’s unified lifecycle management and procurement suite for B2B advisors and their end customers.
