Arcane Capital Partners, a Little Rock-based private investment firm, has acquired Petroflex North America (Gainesville, Texas) and Wescon Plastics, LLC (Wichita, Kansas). The transactions expand Arcane's plastics manufacturing platform, adding production capacity, engineered-resin capabilities and in-house recycling; financing included senior bank debt from JPMorgan Chase, PNC and Regions and preferred equity from Aventurine Partners.
