Ares Management Corporation to Acquire Walton Street Mexico in $2.1 Billion Deal

Ares Management Corporation, through a subsidiary, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Walton Street Capital Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. and certain affiliates (Walton Street Mexico) for about $2.1 billion. The industrial-focused real estate asset manager will expand Ares Real Estate’s capabilities and reach in Mexico, leveraging Walton Street Mexico’s local platform and long-standing industrial track record.
