Arista Networks Acquires Pluribus Networks

Arista Networks has acquired Pluribus Networks and will fold Pluribus' Unified Cloud Fabric technology into Arista's new Unified Cloud Fabric offering to run software-defined networks across switches, servers and DPUs. The deal gives Arista accelerated capabilities in SDN and a foothold in the telco market through Pluribus' existing telco partnerships.
