ServiceNow entered into an agreement to acquire Armis for approximately $7.75 billion in cash, expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The acquisition is intended to expand ServiceNow’s security workflow capabilities across the full attack surface spanning IT, operational technology (OT), and medical devices, combining Armis cyber exposure management with ServiceNow’s AI and workflow platform.

Insight Partners Acquires Armis for $1.1 Billion

Armis Acquires OTORIO to Expand OT/CPS Security Capabilities

Armis has acquired OTORIO, an Israel-based provider of OT and cyber-physical systems security, and will integrate OTORIO’s Titan platform into Armis’ Centrix platform to add on‑premises and air‑gapped CPS capabilities. The deal expands Armis’ OT/CPS offering for heavy industry and critical infrastructure customers (energy, utilities, manufacturing) and is the company’s third acquisition in under 12 months as it scales toward an IPO.

Armis Acquires Silk Security for $150 Million

Check Point Acquires Cyberint

Check Point Software Technologies is acquiring threat intelligence firm Cyberint (Cyberint Technologies) to integrate its external risk management, threat intelligence and attack-surface management capabilities into Check Point's SOC and Infinity platform. The deal, reported at about $200 million, strengthens Check Point's managed threat-intelligence and SOC offerings; the transaction is expected to close by Q4 2024.

CACI Acquires ID Technologies from The Acacia Group

The acquisition, which closed on December 29, 2021 for $225 million, expands CACI's secure network modernization, remote-access, and cloud/IaaS capabilities for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian markets.
