Armis Acquires AI Cybersecurity Company CTCI

Armis has acquired CTCI (Cyber Threat Cognitive Intelligence), an AI-native company specializing in pre-attack threat hunting, in a private deal that closed in mid-February 2024. Armis will integrate CTCI's technology and employees into its Armis Centrix platform to create an early-warning, AI-driven threat intelligence capability for government and enterprise customers.
